(More customer reviews)We bought this printer from an at home shopping channel. We were so excited, couldn't believe what a great price we got on it considering all the "wonderful" things it can do. AND it's compatible with Vista! I was jumping for joy until the day it got here!
I tried for hours and hours and hours messing with this thing, trying to get it to work and each time NOTHING!! Nothing but silence! I called their customer service and the woman on the phone pretty much thought b/c I was a woman, I must be doing something wrong. Which is sad....really sad! Anyways, when I got off the phone with her, I called our local Best Buy and they said they had been having alot of problems with them and as soon as I told him I have Vista, he said that's the problem. THIS PRINTER IS NOT VISTA COMPATIBLE!!!!!! NO MATTER WHAT ANYBODY TELLS YOU!! We are sending this back today yet I think I may get more satisfaction from throwing in the driveway and running over it with my car!! lol
Anyways, Please do not buy this if you have Vista, It will not work!
