(More customer reviews)I purchased this machine about a year ago for our office. It was a little cumbersome to install and I sometimes get an error in printing which requires me to unplug and replug in the USB cable but in all, we have been very happy with this machine. It truly is a "workhorse" in our office. It prints extremely quickly and faxes well. The scanner is not network ready, so in order to scan you must have the machine hooked up through USB to a pc. Not the end of the world but it would be much better if it was network ready for scanning. After my experiences with many MF machines, I would definetely recommend this machine.
